Hey guys! Two pieces of news! 1 good, 1 bad. You decide which one ou want to hear first. Good? Okay.

So um...Brenda called me just now, and told me about the class tee thingy. So, it's $15 per shirt, and it comes in 4 forms: cotton, dry fit (think waterproof),polo and she thinks (she forgot...=.='')polyester/or/whatever it is. It takes about 2 weeks for all tees to be done, and send all your designs (scanned please) to Brenda! For that, either do the design on: 1) an old white shirt that you REALLY don't want or 2) piece of paper! Not too many colours...too obiang then. Quick SMS her all your SECONDARY SCHOOL PE SHIRT SIZES! Thank you!

The bad news is that 18th of June may be (and most probably will) be cancelled. Why? Because:
1) Too many people cannot turn up (including myself)
2) I don't think anyone else (correct me if I'm mistaken) will bother to carry it on if I drop it (which I have no choice but to do so...)
3) I have debate training on that day

So...oh well...there you go...

What movie we are going to watch:
We'll be going as 1 big group of more than 15 people. That's a huge problem. We cannot ensure that the movie we are going to watch will have sufficient seats. So any suggestions? So far the vote leads to Ghost Rider. And thats what its going to be until a new movie pops up and everyone wants to watch it. And obviously, we can't pretend that one of us have to take a piss and the other guy comes in. The whole movie will not be finished watching by 1 person and the parts will be segmented. Nice or not? No.

Time of movie:
No idea. \/\/ \/\/ says that it depends on the movie and I think thats agreeable. However, it also depends on the place. On this point, I have no other way to extend on it.

Where:
Again, no idea. Depends on the vote again. However, I'm not for any of the options that \/\/ \/\/ has given. As you all know, I think orchard rocks muhahahaha.

Mode of transport:
Woon Wei Eric and I are not doing much. We are simply following the girls. So if they take taxi, we'll take with them. They walk (which they of course will not) we too will walk. Simple as that. And Richie, you have two choices:
#1 : Take MRT from Bishan to Paya Lebar ( you have to change train at City Hall) , and take bus number 70 from the bus stop outside Singapore post( next to the MRT) to KHS.

#2 : Simply take a taxi and ignore my effort to type all those above.

CCHMS people can WALK to KHS if I'm not wrong. But I'm right, I think.

Thats about it. DHS 6/2ians, please inform Eric about all arrangements. If I have Eric receives no news, I seriously have no idea what to do.

1st substantive: WHAT MOVIE WE ARE GOING TO WATCH
Look. I know some of you want to watch jut follow law, others want to watch ghost rider. HOWEVER. We can only watch 1 movie. I know in my previous post, I stated that you guys vote, right? The thing is, if you tell me your decision, and add whatever crap at the back, I'm not able to distinguish beacuse...honestly, I don't like to read long tags. Sorry about that...so, I would suggest this: for just follow law, put A(in caps please)in 1 tag and 1 tag alone, and ghost rider B(caps again). Then, you can post whatever you want to say following that. It makes the tallying of votes easier and less of a headache for all of us. Voting ends on 14th Feb, 10pm.

2nd substantive: TIME OF THE MOVIE
I know Fraser voiced out something like this in his latest post, however, Fraser, I can only tell you that it entirely depends on the movie we're going to watch. If we are watching ghost rider, arrangements will be made accordingly. This same simple rule also applies to just follow law.

3rd substantive: WHERE WE ARE GOING TO WATCH THE MOVIE
Geez...this is a hard one. So far, I've only got 4 destinations on my mind. 1) Bugis Junction 2) Marina Square 3) Plaza Singapura and 4) Suntec City. If you have other places in mind, please tag it out like the vote on which movie we're going to watch. Suggestions end on the 12th Feb, and decisions will be made by15th, by me or some more people, if possible.

Ghost rider for me, of all lame movies. This is ₣raser here.

Outside information, Kong Hwa School will be celebrating Chinese New Year on the 16th of February. For the students, they will be dismissed at 9.20a.m, which they claim to be a 'half-day'. So people, how are we going to KHS and see our juniors (if you all want to.) or maybe even TEACHERS since they are dismissed so early before us all. Excluding travel time, they are dismissed 1 and a half hour before DHS. Including travel time, we will reach there at 11.30pm if we take MRT+bus which is, public transport. Taxi? I have simply no idea and I don't think I'll take one. Unless the cost is shared.

Other ppl I dont know how you're going to do it, but be there in the shortest time possible, yeah? Yay I can touch rim in KHS basketball board.

How to get to location ( For those who don't know ) : Meet Woon Wei outside Kong Hwa School Gate 2 at 5.30pm. ecor and logistic people and game planners go at 5pm Note : The rest PLEASE only at 5.30pm DO NOT come early.

Time : Til 11pm but you can leave any time you want

Food : Varies and please bring to contribute IF YOU CAN. It's optional but hey...

...Anyway, to the point. I am not allowed to get a live band to play, and I have no intention to, but no one said about a pre-recorded DJ remix. So I got a CD that will be playing throughout the party. I can find most of the Chinese songs, so if you want, tell me by the 24th. I'll try and compile them into a CD to play during the party as well. But don't ask me about English songs. I'm clueless as to where to get them...sorry.

Everyone, I have to say this. Please give Woon Wei a little attention. Based on what I know, he has spent much effort organising this Christmas Party. So I do hope you all can get a little something for him or help out with the foodstuff or jobs. He's feeling a little dejected now. Woon Wei dont deny it. So please everyone. You're all 13 now as far as I'm concerned. So please be a little sensible and help out. After all, the one having fun will be you all. The organisers usually don't benefit, but lose instead. Maybe I'll be there, maybe not. But still I hope everyone will have a fun time. And please bear in mind the efforts of our hardworking Woon Wei.

Now, here's my question: is it just a christmas party or a CLASS chirstmas party?

You guys must be sure why I asked this question...well, here's the reason.

As far as i know(NO OFFENCE PLEASE. IT'S NOT DIRECTED AT ANYONE), im the one buying everything. perhaps its cause i did not emphasise CLASS enough.

its supposed to be a potluck CUM BBQ party...so I would appreciate it very much if you guys bring a foodstuff or drink to share on that day...

If you really cant...then forget it....but please dont use this as an excuse........................................................it sounds lyk im forcing you guys, i noe. but really, my parents r gonna explode soon if i spend anymore...sorry*shrugs shoulders*

Ok, I'm here(again)to make an announcement. THE PLACE OF THE PARTY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

Ok...before I freak out cause of my unusally cheerful behaviour, I'll just put everything across straight and simple. Firstly, the party will be held NOT at a chalet, but at my house's BBQ pit.

I guess I'm one of the few in 6/2 that hasn't gone on an overseas trip these holidays. And the only one who knows the blogger username and password who hasn't gone overseas. So I'm just helping Woon Wei out, as he apparently isn't posting, to keep this blog alive.

Posting results are going to come out soon. Hope all of you get your first choices. But whatever happens, just be sure to stay happy in your new school whatever it is. Be it Chung Cheng, Anglican, Catholic or Hwa Chong and so on . Make sure you all learn to adapt to your new learning environment, and your new friends. Be sure that our dear teachers in Kong Hwa whom we are so close to will never want us to return to KHS with a grouchy look, and start weeping in sorrow in their arms.

For the Christmas Party thing that Woon Wei and Brenda had suggested, it is confirmed by Woon Wei to be held on the 26th of December. Not sure how many of you can make it. If you can't make it, please leave a tag, or send an email to fraser_tiong@homail.com. Please put the subject as: "6/2 Christmas Party '06" or something to that effect.
